"Every day has 2 handles: the handle of trusting God for the things that happen to you, and the handle of dealing with life on your own, without faith in God to help you."

The handle you hold determines the character of your life.

Trusting God will give you joy, peace, enthusiasm and energy for living life.   Excluding God will discourage and drain you.

Trusting God will bring you blessing and encouragement, despite age, pain, sickness, disappointment and frustration.    Memorize Prov. 3:5-6 and live by it.  You’ll be much happier and have more peace and rest on the inside.

“You can’t make the other fellow feel important in your presence if you secretly feel that he is a nobody ~ by Les Giblin

What we REALLY think of other people will eventually come out and show.  It’s best to obey Philippians 4:8 and look for the best in others and DWELL on their best, not their faults, which we all have.

"A smile is a wrinkle that shouldn’t be removed." ~ author unknown

Wouldn’t this world be a far better place if we would smile at the storms of life, trusting God,  instead of getting all stressed out from worry and taking matters into our own hands!

"Every difficulty becomes either a pile of stumblingblocks -- or steppingstones. "

Tough times will make us either bitter or better, improved and more mature or unimproved and made worse.  Good people can learn and grow and be made better from any troublesome event that may come.   It’s your choice.   Make it a conscious decision to either learn or refuse to learn and be made better from the storms of life or left in a shambles.    God says to “Choose life…and live.”  Deut. 30:19      God’s way is always the best possible way to live and leads to REAL life.   Try it today!

"Those who think they have no time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness."  ~ author unknown

There is a price to pay for not eating right, sleeping well, and taking care of the one body which the Lord gave each of us.  Take care of God’s property, and He’ll reward you with better health, longer life and better quality of life mentally, bodily and spiritually.    Do yourself a favor and take care of what God has given to you.
